| Browser | The application you are using to surf the internet, e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox. |
| Client | The person that is going to be viewing you website end product. Can sometimes be referred to as End User. |
| Copy | The words or content written to explain what the page is about. |
| DCM | Database Content Management - a separate administration that holds additional content.

| eCommerce | Level 3 of the Konstruk product. This is used for online shopping.

| Icon | The pictorial image of a node.

| Navigation | Sometimes referred to / known as menu. This is how your client gets around your website.

| Node | The item that is in the tree of your website administration. It has different icons depicting what type of node it is. i.e. Page, Image, File etc.

| RGB / FF | The internet uses RGB color reference as opposed to the print industry that uses predominately CMYK. The FF # is the number that is made up of the RGB color pallet.

| Search Engine | Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. Where the End User or Client finds your website via an internet search.

| SEO | Search Engine Optimisation - where you tell Google, Yahoo, Bing etc about your website and get them to place your website higher on the page.

| Tree | The hierarchal structure of your website. A visual representation of the navigation on your website in the administration console.

| URL | The address that is type into the address bar of your browser, i.e. www.abc.co.nz/home.
