MetaData is an extremely important part of any enterprise level web solution. MetaData provides the ability to categorise content for many purposes.

Within Konstruk, the primary use of the MetaData categorization system is for the automated retrieval and display of content on a site.

It allows for the categorization of content such as news and subsequent retrieval by the automated content display system.

It can be used for many other functions, from assisting with content syndication to refined searches and assisting web robots such as Google to categorize site content.
